Personal Best Set (Strength Progression): 5 points
Daily Nutrition Goal Hit: 3 points
Fitness Goal Achieved (Weight / Body Fat Milestone): 50 points

You have the opportunity to earn points for each activity up to 2x per day, allowing high performers to separate themselves through effort and consistency. -
Every participant receives access to:
A structured 4-day training program designed for results
A Smart Meal Planner to simplify nutrition and align meals with your goals
A dedicated community group chat where you can send text messages and voice memos, ask questions, share progress, and stay connected in real time
The community chat is a core part of the challenge experience:
Members are notified when workouts and cardio sessions are completed, creating real-time momentum and motivation
