Goats Cheese & Avocado on Toast
Ingredient List
4 small slices bread
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup (30g) goat’s cheese
1 tbsp. black sesame seeds
½ lime, juice
hot chili pepper or flakes, to serve
Directions

While the bread toasts, smash the avocado with a fork and divide evenly among the slices.
Top with crumbled goat’s cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with lime juice, then finish with sesame seeds and chili to taste.
