Goats Cheese, Pear & Walnut Salad

Ingredient List

3.5 oz. (100g) mixed salad leaves
1 ripe pear
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3.5 oz. (100g) goat’s cheese
1.1 oz. (30g) walnuts
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Divide the salad leaves evenly onto two plates.
Peel the pear, quarter it, remove the core, then slice into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Transfer pears to the salad leaves.
To the lemon juice left in the bowl, add honey, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to form the dressing.
Crumble the goat’s cheese over the salads, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, and drizzle with the dressing.
Serve immediately.
